A brand new mobile user journey exploration commissioned by JWT Dubai for the management company of the Abu Dhabi airport. The native app's intention was to expand the airport customer experience beyond the time the travelers are in the airport, with services aimed at helping users at their destination, and prior to arrival at the gates. An online shop experience was also designed, with shoppers picking up their items when they arrive at selected destination airports, instead of carrying them around needlessly.
